Professional Experience
Theresa is a Senior Account Manager responsible for the day-to-day service needs of clients. She works to obtain information and answer questions regarding coverage and policies. Her responsibilities also include making policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and other service needs as required.
Prior to joining Gibson 2002, Theresa worked at Culver Academies in the facilities division, where she was responsible for interdepartmental customer service and scheduling campus-wide transportation. She gained extensive knowledge in the construction industry through numerous construction projects held on campus. She also held various positions in customer service and accounting at Culver Marina.
