Professional Experience
Tara is an Executive Specialist at Gibson. She is an integral part of Gibson’s Property & Casualty (P&C) Practice. Her responsibilities include creating an excellent internal and external experience in all facets of key administrative support functions.
Tara joined Gibson in 2018 as an Employee Experience Coordinator where she supported the HR department by creating and maintaining HR processes for Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits and other HR functions. Prior to joining Gibson, Tara worked in the healthcare field for 16 years covering roles such as an Executive Assistant, Project Leader, and Pharmacy Data Manager.
