Professional Experience
Stephanie Senour is a Client Manager at Gibson. She is responsible for providing renewal and service management for employee benefits clients including, overseeing renewals and enrollments, maintaining policy data, the creation of employee communication materials, and conducting employee open enrollment meetings.
Prior to Gibson, Stephanie was an HRIS Administrator, where she managed employee benefits for new hires, life events, and annual open enrollment, maintained and developed an HRIS system, and helped with the development of training. Stephanie has a degree from Indiana University South Bend.
