Kristen Bules is an Account Service Representative in the Employee Benefits practice at Gibson. Her responsibilities include providing administrative assistance for project facilitation, meeting coordination, preparation of client materials, and general support. Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Kristen had worked in personal lines insurance for almost 14 years but has been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. She started in insurance with Liberty Mutual in February of 2005 as a customer service representative.
