Professional Experience
Cheryl is a Senior Account Manager responsible for the day-to-day service needs of clients. She works to obtain information and answer questions regarding coverage and policies. Her responsibilities also include making policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and other service needs as required.
Prior to joining Gibson in 2010, Cheryl acquired insurance industry experience with carriers and agents: eight years with Liberty Mutual where she was a property and casualty agent and claim service representative, and thirteen years as an assistant underwriter for Travelers.
