Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Krista gained 8 years of experience as a licensed sales producer with Allstate.

SOUTH BEND/PLYMOUTH/INDIANAPOLIS/FORT WAYNE/ELKHART, INDIANA/KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN –04/30/18– Jessica Callahan is an Account Manager in Commercial Risk Management. She is responsible for the day-to-day service needs of clients. Jessica works to obtain information and answer questions regarding coverage and policies. Her responsibilities also include making policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and other service needs as required.

Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Jessica worked for several local insurance agencies as an Account Manager and a large medical professional liability insurance carrier in operations.

SOUTH BEND/PLYMOUTH/INDIANAPOLIS/FORT WAYNE/ELKHART, INDIANA/KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN –04/04/18– Lauren McMann is a Client Manager in the Employee Benefits Practice. She is responsible for providing renewal and service management for employee benefits clients including overseeing renewals and enrollments, maintaining policy data, the creation of employee communication materials, and conducting employee open enrollment meetings.

Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Lauren worked for Prudential Financial and spent nine years in retail banking as a Banking Center Manager and Loan Officer.

SOUTH BEND/PLYMOUTH/INDIANAPOLIS/FORT WAYNE/ELKHART, INDIANA/KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN –04/25/18– Jamie Klingerman is the Human Resources Consultant in Select Business Solutions at Gibson. She is responsible for maintaining human resources processes including benefits administration, payroll processing, HR administration, and talent management.

Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Jamie has worked in human resources for five years, most recently at Williamson Employment Services as a Placement Coordinator. She has gained experience from various industries such as staffing, higher education, banking, and manufacturing.

SOUTH BEND/PLYMOUTH/INDIANAPOLIS/FORT WAYNE/ELKHART, INDIANA/KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN –05/01/18– Robert Hyde is an Advisor in Select Business Solutions at Gibson. Robert is responsible for growth of the client base as well as collaboration with Gibson teams to ensure an optimal client experience.

Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Robert worked in wealth management and investment industry for over 10 years, most recently as a Trust Officer & Wealth Manager at 1st Source Bank. While there Robert led the Social Security Advisor initiative within the bank with a focus on trust administration & estate planning. Robert also served as a Wealth Manager for JP Morgan in Chicago, IL, where he specialized in small business owner portfolio management. Robert has gain expertise in working with small business owners to provide a consultative approach to their wealth and portfolio management tailored to their unique needs.

SOUTH BEND/PLYMOUTH/INDIANAPOLIS/FORT WAYNE/ELKHART, INDIANA/KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN –04/30/18– Lisa Thomas is a Senior Client Manager responsible for working with the Client Executive to determine overall risk management program goals and developing strategies to achieve those goals. In addition, she manages the insurance renewal process. Lisa also acts as the central point of communication to coordinate service requests with team members and underwriters to communicate insurance program needs.

Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Lisa worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years, most recently as an Account Executive/CL Team Lead at an independent agency in Indianapolis. She has gained experience in transportation risks, providing health and workers’ compensation benefits, driver placement, and DOT regulations.

SOUTH BEND/PLYMOUTH/INDIANAPOLIS/FORT WAYNE/ELKHART, INDIANA/KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN –10/25/17– Jaclyn Banks has joined Gibson as a Claims Specialist in Risk Management Services, where she is responsible for processing and servicing personal and commercial claims.

SOUTH BEND/PLYMOUTH/INDIANAPOLIS/FORT WAYNE/ELKHART, INDIANA/KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN –10/17/17– Megan Stockton has joined Gibson as a Service Specialist in Select Business Solutions. She is responsible for all day-to-day administrative client support and internal operational activities for Select.

She works directly with clients and oversees team members to support all client needs, including renewal, marketing, ongoing service, enrollments, compliance, data management, and employee meetings.
