ELKHART, INDIANA – 09/5/18 – Jill Hardesty, Ali Hammond, Brock Tatich, and Megan Stockton have been promoted to various positions within Gibson.

Jill Hardesty is now the Payroll and HR Operations Director in Select Business Solutions at Gibson. She manages a team of human resources, benefits administration, and accounting services professionals. Jill is responsible for team metrics and processes to analyze performance, identify trends, and make continual improvements. Prior to being promoted to Payroll and HR Operations Director, Jill started her career at Gibson as an Accounting Services Director. Before joining Gibson in 2017, Jill worked at Reach360 for 2 years in human resources and accounting roles. Previously, she served as a controller for a restaurant franchise where she gained extensive accounting experience.

Ali is now the Conversion, Implementation, & Project Manager in Select Business Solutions at Gibson. She leads client implementations, payroll conversions, and project processes from planning through execution while managing business processes and creating efficiencies for current procedures by implementing automated solutions. Prior to being promoted to Conversion, Implementation, & Project Manager, Ali started her career at Gibson as a Bookkeeping Service Specialist. Before joining Gibson in 2017, Ali worked as an office manager for 5 years where she gained hands-on experience in reporting, account reconciliations, and locating & fixing process discrepancies.

Brock is now the Conversion, Implementation, & Project Specialist in Select Business Solutions at Gibson. He is responsible for client implementation, payroll conversion, and project processes. He conducts audits, payroll, enters transactions, supports timely implementations, and helps train internal team members. Prior to being promoted to Conversion, Implementation, & Project Specialist, Brock started his career at Gibson as an Enhanced HR Admin Specialist. Before joining Gibson in 2018, Brock gained client service and staff supervision experience in the retail and service industries.

Megan is now the HR Consultant in Select Business Solutions at Gibson. She is responsible for the overall customer service and day-to-day relationship with Select clients. Prior to being promoted to HR Consultant, Megan started her career at Gibson as a Client Processing Service Specialist. Before joining Gibson in 2017, Megan gained over 8 years of administrative support and team supervision experience.
