Employers across the United States are discovering impactful methods to bring health and wellbeing strategies from the community to their worksite. Whether its access to a primary care physician, an onsite fitness center, or a yoga class, these strategies can transform the health and wellbeing of your workforce and differentiate your employee experience in a tight labor market.

Join us for an informative lunch on May 9th with industry-leading companies Athletic Mentors and Gibson, to discuss on-site health and wellbeing strategies, trends, and market innovations. As a bonus, Jim Heath, Executive Vice President at Flexfab, LLC and former President of Stryker Instruments, will share his experience building a culture of wellbeing.

Athletic Mentors will provide insight how to structure the fitness component for a corporate wellness program. Whether simply running classes or managing a fitness center full time, Athletic Mentors assists with all aspects of the wellness program including program promotion, management, and success tracking. Some of the areas that will be addressed include:

  • Programs variations ranging in size and content based on budget: from short classroom educational opportunities and ongoing fitness classes such as Bootcamp or Yoga to full-time fitness center availability, special projects, and health coaching.
  • Promotion of a wellness program to engage those employees who may be new to the idea of using a fitness center or attending classes.
  • Supporting systems to track program use and growth.

Nicole Fallowfield, Director of Health Risk Management at Gibson, will share valuable information about the utilization of on-site clinics - including best practices and market innovations. You’ll learn about the ideal characteristics for an on-site clinic model and walk away with insight to assess if this is viable solution for you. Additionally, you’ll learn:

  • How an on-site clinic fits into an overall benefits strategy
  • How to successfully select an on-site clinic vendor
  • The pros and cons of partnering with other organizations in a shared model
  • How to drive utilization and value
