Professional Experience

Ray is a Principal and Benefits Consultant within the Employee Benefits practice at Gibson. As an experienced benefits strategist, Ray leverages Gibson’s proprietary Sightline process to help business leaders own their edge by de-risking health plans and optimizing total rewards investments to create traction towards key business objectives. 

Ray has earned the distinguished recognition as a Health Rosetta Associate Advisor. The Advisor Program comprises a network of over 200 advisors across the United States and also provides access to best practices and shared resources that employers across the country are using to save 20% or more on their healthcare benefits. As a Health Rosetta Benefits Associate Advisor, Ray is committed to providing industry-leading standards of transparency and fiduciary responsibility to his clients and their employees. Using data analytics and proven practices, he designs health benefits plans that can reduce health care spending by 20% or more -- while achieving better health outcomes. 

Prior to joining Gibson in 2014, Ray worked as a Business Sales and Service Consultant at Frontier Communications Corporation. He was responsible for client advocacy and relationship management. Ray continued his education at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, earning his Master’s degree in May 2014.
