Spec Review & Analysis

We offer a service for contractors called Spec Review, sometimes referred to as a Contractor’s Insurance Requirements Analysis. It is a comparison between your current insurance coverage and the requirements found in the job specifications for a project. It also serves as a guide for us to issue the certificate of insurance at the time you receive a contract for the project.

The Contractor’s Insurance Requirements is designed to quickly bring insurance related items to your attention. It should provide you with a quick reference of where discrepancies are and what you’ll need in order to qualify for the requirements. Upon request, we also provide quotes for the discrepancy area so you know how much additional premium it will take in order to meet the insurance requirements for a project.

Because a spec review is not required for every job that you bid, we will only send a spec review on every job you intend to bid as long as:

a. You send us fax or e-mail notification that you are bidding a job and all the information needed to complete the analysis

OR

b. We know you are bidding a job and already have the information necessary through another source, if not you.
