Our Claims Division is structured to promote the most efficient handling and resolution of property, liability, automobile, and workers’ compensation claims. In addition to our basic claims services, which benefit all Gibson clients, we’ve developed a Claims Consulting program.
This consultative program is designed to analyze claim cost drivers and customize an appropriate action program. In the process, you’ll receive a precise illustration of how our techniques impact your bottom line by reducing the duration, value, and ultimate costs of your claims, which decrease your short- and long-term insurance costs.
CLAIM AUDITS

- Verify proper loss reserves for the injury and associated future costs

PROVIDER REVIEWS
- Locate, interview and facilitate selection of your designated workers’ comp. health care provider
- Develop list of preferred providers (PPO Networks)
- Facilitate meeting between designated provider and client claim staff
PERSONAL INTERACTION
- Educate your staff on claim procedures
- Communication of proper procedures to ensure the most efficient outcome
- Assist in developing return to work programs
- On-site claim reviews and/or conference calls as needed
