Ned is a client executive in the Employee Benefits Practice. He is responsible for new business generation and managing existing client relationships to ensure quality delivery of benefits services. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with a Business Concentration from Wabash College.

Ned has over 27 years experience with employee benefit plan management including funding alternatives, budget and cost management, plan design, strategic service initiatives and coordination of internal and external support systems. Before joining Gibson in 2010, Ned was the Area Senior Vice President for Gallagher Benefit Services (GBS). Prior to joining GBS, Ned was the Vice President at Educational & Institutional Insurance Administrators, an employee benefits consortium, overseeing all operations of the consortium purchasing, renewal underwriting, Trusts management, marketing, and new product initiatives. He holds several state licenses for Life, Health and Accident products.

Ned is the president of his local high school's Athletic Boosters and fundraises for the Alzheimer's Association. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys biking, kayaking, backpacking, and riding his motorcycle.
