Debra is a client manager in the Business & Private Client Group. She is responsible for the sales and servicing of personal insurance accounts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ball State University.

She joined Gibson in 2008 as a Service Specialist in Commercial Insurance and moved to Personal Insurance in 2009. Prior to joining Gibson, Debra was in charge of facility operations for a large multi-physician office. Her insurance experience began with Liberty Mutual where she was a customer service representative in the Customer Service and Rewrite departments.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf and watching sporting events. Deb also volunteers at her church and with the South Bend School Corporation in the Read to A Child Program.
