Accident Fund First Report of Injury for Workers’ Compensation Claims

Accident Fund has the capability to report your workers' compensation losses via the internet. Go to www.accidentfund.com.

• Click on the claims bullet.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see "First Report of Injury".
• Click this link and a PDF form will launch.
• Complete the form, print a copy for your file, and then click submit.

This will transmit the loss directly to Accident Fund. If you have any questions on how to submit losses via the internet, please call your Gibson Insurance Group claim representative at 800-814-2122.
