- Monitor adjuster’s activity to ensure your claim is continually moving through the process
- Review your policy to ensure the adjustor properly applies and interprets coverage
- Work as your advocate to resolve problems during the claim process
- Facilitate the claim process with other carriers or negligent parties in incidents where you are not at fault
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for emergency claim calls to start the claim process and guide emergency mitigation
