Insurance & Risk Management Roundtable
The Insurance and Risk Management Roundtable is an organization of principals from sixteen of the nation’s leading and most progressive insurance brokers. The purpose of the group is to exchange best practices and ideas in management and marketing techniques; and to provide a national resource to local market conditions.
The group, founded in 1972, was conceived by founding member Amos Rosenbloom who desired to form an organization where non-competing agents could share both marketing and organizational ideas and concepts in an informal atmosphere. The primary criteria for membership was an individual who would bring a unique talent or perspective to the group.
The organization is unique in the stability and attendance exhibited by its members. Most consider it a priority and credit it for the continued personal and organizational growth they have achieved. Together the organizations represent firms with revenues in excess of $200 million and 4,500 employees.
